As the owner and doing all the work, I have the skill and experience to treat all types of home or business furniture, except I do not do leather since most of that you can do with a rag and saddle soap.

I have this available for both carpet and upholstery. Often people think of Scotchguard or Teflon, what I use is better than either since they offer different benefits and I deliver all of them in one treatment that's also hypoallergenic. There are technical details that pertain to different types of material you might have me clean and what should be used, I make all this simple for you in your home. The main advantage here is to extend the useful life of your investment.
Green Cleaning
I can get great results on carpet while being truly green, and also improving your IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) except on olefin carpet; that material will not clean as effectively but can still be done with truly green products. My equipment is also "green" in that it runs on electricity. I've suffered from severe allergies and asthma my entire life and am used as a guinea pig in the industry; I know very well what is safe to use in your home.

I do more than just refresh your oriental rugs and remove harmful buildup, I safely do everything a drop off service does and at a fraction of the price. As always, I also tell you what you can do yourself and probably have some ideas you haven't thought of that will save a lot of money if you're willing to do the work. Eventually they may get beyond what you're capable of and then you'll be happy paying me to do what you can't.
CLEANING FOR HEALTH:
If you suffer horribly from allergies or have other health issues possibly related to carpet or IAQ (indoor air quality) there are many things I can do to help. The first step here is to have me clean wall to wall corner to corner throughout the whole house at the same time, at least on all carpeted surfaces without exception. Moving everything to clean under it in a few rooms but not the whole house will not be effective because when your heat or air conditioning comes on it circulates all the air throughout your home. After that additional processes can be done but this is too rare and too specific for me to try to address here. If you have special needs or concerns about this do ask me as we set your appointment over the phone.
Maintenance Plan
The answer to the third most important aspect of maintaining your carpet is my maintenance plan. The most important part of carpet maintenance is vacuuming, then immediate pick-up of spots and spills.
The biggest problem with regular cleaning is your carpet gets dirty at such a slow and steady rate that you probably don't notice it! Carpet is designed to hold and hide dirt, and it does a very good job of it. By the time it's become visibly dirty, it's actually full of dirt, and the part you see is what the carpet is unable to hold. Waiting after that point is guaranteed to shorten your carpet's useful life.
So immediately after cleaning when we see how your carpet can look, set your next appointment! I'll call you a month in advance to schedule an exact date and time.
